If you receive a product that is damaged in any way or have a claim, you will have to write us directly to email@example.com and attach pictures of the article and the package, order number, name, phone number, email and address you use for the purchase at least 3 weeks after you receive it. We will reserve the right to review all the information for at least 1 week before replying back with a POSSIBLE solution. Despite this, we can´t promise to make any refunds or send you a new product, but in every case, we´ll make our best effort to solve the issue.
We will not be responsible under any circumstances for claims or refunds due to change of opinion or mistakes after you place an order. Please make sure you have selected the right size, color and product before making any purchases to avoid any inconvenients for you.
