What is Hear the Earth Shop?

Hear the Earth Shop is a small online store we decided to open because of COVID-19 and was born as an idea from the travelling blog: Hear the earth Blog. We sell clothes and accesories with exclusive designs, using photos of the trips we´ve taken around the world, digital art made for us and more popular designs. Anyone can wear our products, specially people who like adventure, outdoors activities and travelling. We make a really big effort every week to keep introducing new designs and offers for all the people who wants to support this project. It´s a beautiful way to share pictures we´ve taken on the journey, travel and outdoor exclusives designs as a way to inspire and definitely a dream come true. 

Thank you in advanced for the support you give us everytime you buy a product. And because of that, we will donate $1 per purchase to fight climate change, protect animals or any other environmental cause that needs help to continue working, every month. We´ll share it through email with all the people that have subscribed to my Newsletter evey now and then. (If you haven´t subscribed, please GO AHEAD!)

Do you have a physical store? / Where are you located?

We currently don´t have a physical store, only and online store for the moment. We have distributors all over the world that help us manage order volumes. The more centers we are associated with, the more flexible our logistics network will be, and it helps us process and ship your orders on time. These centers participate in the production process if there is an unexpected increase in order volumes or emergency situations arise.

The quality of each partner center is tested, ensuring that production and speed standards are as high as we can provide.

Are the designs exclusive?

Some of our designs are exclusive, some are not. We inspire ourselves with the travelling pictures we´ve taken along the way and also have managed to create exclusive designs with black and white drawings. How can I buy your products?

You can click the category you’re interested in located on the menu, find the product you like, add it to the cart and go to checkout to complete your order.

Do you have worldwide delivery?

We have worldwide delivery available.

How much is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost is calculated live during checkout when you are ready to purchase the product.

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is our prediction of when we might deliver an order to you. The EDT is the sum of the estimated processing time and the shipping time. Basically:

Estimated handling + Estimated shipping = Estimated delivery time

Our average management time is 2 to 5 business days in the case of products that are not clothing items and 2 to 7 business days when it comes to products that are clothing items. When we calculate the estimated handling time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

Estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data on orders shipped to your area or region.

Estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. You can receive the order after the estimated delivery time for various reasons, such as:

  • Products are out of stock
  • Shipment-related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions.

That said, we will do everything in our power to meet our delivery estimates. If it ever happens to you that you have not received the order and its estimated delivery time has already passed, wait a few more days. You can also send us an email to: help@heartheearthblog.com. We will review the status of your order and explain what you should do.

Are all the items in the order shipped together?

Some of our products are packed separately to secure their shape and to provide additional protection and durability. The products that we always send separately are:

  • Snapback caps, baseball caps and visors
  • Backpacks
  • Jewels
  • Cups
  • Postcards and stickers
  • Cushions
  • Posters
  • Framed posters
  • Canvases
  • Bean bag covers
  • Pet keychains and tags
  • Water bottles

**Some of this articles might not be currently on stock.**

In some cases, products from the same order are processed at different facilities, which means they will be shipped separately.

Can I return what I purchased?

We currently don’t allow the return of products you’ve purchased. If you have any problem with what you ordered, please let us know and write us directly to: help@heartheearthblog.com We will do our best to help you with the issue.

Who should I contact if I have a problem with my product?

What should I do if my estimated delivery time has passed and I still haven’t received my order?

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, you have these options:

  • Wait a day or two. Shipments may be delayed for unpredictable reasons. We know it is frustrating to deal with shipping delays, but don’t forget that our estimated delivery time is a mere estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Get in touch with our customer service team. Please inform us of the shipping delay and we will review the delivery estimate to your most recent location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. To contact us, you can write an email to: help@heartheearthblog.com
How I can keep track of my order?

Once we process your order and deliver it to the carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.

Keep in mind that once we deliver your order to the carrier, updates on the status of your order and its delivery will depend solely on their tracking options. If you think there is a problem, you can contact us at help@heartheearthblog and we will try to help you.

Claims / Refunds

If you receive a product that is damaged in any way or have a claim, you will have to write us directly to help@heartheearthblog.com and attach pictures of the article and the package, order number, name, phone number, email and address you use for the purchase at least 3 weeks after you receive it. We will reserve the right to review all the information for at least 1 week before replying back with a POSSIBLE solution. Despite this, we can´t promise to make any refunds or send you a new product, but in every case, we´ll make our best effort to solve the issue. 

We will not be responsible under any circumstances for claims or refunds due to change of opinion or mistakes after you place an order. Please make sure you have selected the right size, color and product before making any purchases to avoid any inconvenients for you. If you have any doubts concerning sizes, feel free to consult the approx. size guide that is placed under products when applicable. If you´re not able to see it, or have any doubts, write us to help@heartheearthblog.com and we will be more than glad to assist you.
